Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in keeping the store well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
