Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You'll collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store looks its best.

Responsibilities

• Performing cashiering duties and processing customer purchases.
• Stocking shelves and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Assisting customers and providing exceptional service.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
• Participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Adhering to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Following company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Capability to safely operate store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
