Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards to uphold the store's image.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and procedural improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Execute general cleaning duties in compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
