Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Contribute to inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
