Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain the security of data.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
