Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a valued member of our store, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure product displays are neat.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds and perform general cleaning tasks.
