Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
