Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains its merchandising standards, provides exceptional customer service, and offers a clean and organized shopping environment. Collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to store management.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
