Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, a dynamic and growing company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash-handling policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
