Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
