Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a great shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
