Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members and management.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, organize merchandise, and maintain cleanliness.
- Assist customers with inquiries and shopping needs.
- Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Contribute to store inventory management and conduct inventory counts.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Customer service and cash register experience preferred.
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
