Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Position: Full-Time Store Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate key competencies and professional skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
