Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a great customer shopping experience through effective merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your collaboration with the ALDI team and dedication to exceptional customer service will be key in this role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle equipment responsibly
• Execute other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands, such as stocking merchandise and general store activities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask efficiently
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales (if applicable)
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
