Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with all company policies, uphold document security, and confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness standards and follow company policies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
