Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise, stock product, cashier, and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Assist customers, process purchases, and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues to management.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate cash registers and various store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
