Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's merchandise is well stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
