Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures while working both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience being an advantage.
