Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and established company procedures.
• Comply with all company policies while upholding document and data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• General cleaning duties to maintain company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask professionally.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
