Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by assisting with merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
