Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store remains organized, well-stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain accuracy in stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
• Adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
