Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve collaborating with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
