Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your contribution will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
• Stock shelves and arrange merchandise displays effectively
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
