Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate at $16.00 per hour. In this role, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Comply with company policies ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.
• Perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Skilled in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
