Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-organized product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.
• Adhere to established policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
