Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
