Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and can multi-task efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
