Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Contribute to inventory counts and monitor product accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning tasks and uphold company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including stocking shelves
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus
