Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Basic math skills and the ability to operate cash register equipment efficiently.
