Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses.
• Follow company procedures, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of safely using store equipment and performing cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
