Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of the store by stocking products, cashiering, and performing general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on products and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
