Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with store management.
• Contribute feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures to prevent losses.
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks to meet standards.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to the job requirements.
