Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Capable of delivering prompt and friendly customer service.
- Proficient in using a cash register and operating store equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply company procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent is acceptable.
