Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Experience in general cleaning and equipment operation
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience will be considered
