Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store facilities, and ensure neat product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
