Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, efficiently stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, participate in store inventory counts, and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Good physical condition to lift and move up to 45 pounds of merchandise.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
