Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to the overall success and appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures, ensure document security, and fulfill assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Meet state requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
