Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring document security
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company guidelines, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
