Job Description
As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure efficient store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. behaviors consistently
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and security measures
- Perform general cleaning duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Customer service and cash register experience preferred
- Ability to operate store equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience is a plus
