Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
