Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Participate in store inventory counts
• Maintain cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
