Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's efficient operation and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Adherence to company policies, excellent communication skills, and teamwork ability.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
