Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional service to our customers. From merchandising products to cashiering, you will contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register accurately
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
