We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate with ALDI to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, work closely with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies, communicating effectively, and working independently or in a team
