Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer shopping experience by maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Process customer purchases
• Assist in general cleaning duties
• Collaborate with team members and store management
• Contribute to inventory management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Capacity to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
