Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience by assisting with merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure products are neatly arranged.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
