Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
