Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing customers with exceptional service. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stocking product.
• Operating cash registers and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
• Participating in inventory management and following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Skills in operating cash registers and retail equipment.

• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
