Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through outstanding customer service, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
