Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, ultimately ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management
- Monitor inventory and provide feedback on products and store operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
